There's a story that says blues singer Robert Johnson met the devil at a crossroad and sold his soul in exchange for musical success.
Anyway, makes a good blues song.

Hey Don, that was great! loved the blues guitar licks and the harmony was good. Did you do this one on Your PA 900?

God Bless,

Damned Don, your vocals sound better than ever. You're guitar picking has always been top notch, but it's amazing how much your vocals have smoothed out over the years. For a guy that said he really couldn't sing, you're right up there with the best as far as I'm concerned. Love the song, too.

I am blown away by the nice comments, coming from people I respect and admire! The song was done on Korg PA3x, I think. It was about the time I changed to PA900 and I'm not certain. It was done on the job and just happened to come out pretty good.
Thanks!

And you continue to blow us away with your performances ...
Great job, as always, Don ... and I like your version better than Eric's ... the tone and tempo seem to fit the feeling of the song more ...

We have to get more 'performances' of this site !!! Maybe I'll have the time to post something next week ... (just a WARNING ! laugh2 )

Don:

That is one sterling rendition of "Crossroads" and I cannot tell you how very enjoyable your vocal style fits this genre. While I'm at it... you are certainly no "slouch" at Country, my friend.

Enjoyed so much,

Dave Rice
